          For example, I won't falsely inflate the value of your house to get your signature and
          later try to beat your price down to a realistic, marketable value.  (Beware of the
          agent who is willing to market your property at an unrealistically high price...as  
          well as the one who is willing to let somebody "steal" it so the agent doesn't have to
          work so hard!)
  • If you are selling under adverse conditions (divorce, foreclosure, death in the family), I will treat your circumstances with confidentiality as well as the caring I try to bring to all transactions.
